General Concept
Mind Ease complements your home security system by ensuring automatic garage door openers are closed when you leave. It can be installed on all existing automatic garage door openers and allows the homeowner to set the delay to close, via an easily adjustable timer, from 5-60 minutes. This unit would complete any home security system.

Safety
Important Note: ALL existing safety features on the garage door opener are active. Additionally, our product is safety tested and conforms to or exceeds all safety laws.

Installation
Mind Ease can be easily installed in 15 minutes.
Mind Ease can also be easily turned off at any time to allow the homeowner to keep his garage door open.

Electrical
Mind Ease runs off a Class 2 Power circuit and requires a 9-volt DC battery (battery not included).

Patent
Mind Ease has obtained legal protection for this technology and has a patent pending for North America as well as the United Kingdom.

Repair
Should there be any defective units or units that need repair, simply return them to Mind Ease for immediate replacement. 1Year Manufacturer's Warranty
